2. Hosting and IONOS WebAnalytics
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
When you access this website, technically necessary access data is processed. This may include:
- the requested page or file;
- the previously visited page, if transmitted by your browser;
- browser type and browser version;
- the operating system used;
- the type of device used;
- the date and time of access; and
- the IP address of the accessing device.
According to IONOS, the IP address is anonymised immediately upon collection and is subsequently used only in anonymised form to determine the approximate location from which the website was accessed. According to IONOS, visitor data is stored for eight weeks.
The data is processed to provide this website securely, reliably and without technical disruption. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). The legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and proper provision of this website.
IONOS also uses its IONOS WebAnalytics service by default. Data is collected using log files or a tracking pixel. According to IONOS, WebAnalytics does not use cookies. The IP address transmitted when a page is accessed is anonymised immediately.
The collected data is used exclusively for statistical analysis and the technical optimisation of the website. WebAnalytics reports may cover data from the preceding twelve months. According to IONOS, no personal visitor data is stored within WebAnalytics and no such data is disclosed to third parties.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with IONOS. According to IONOS, the visitor data described above is not transferred to countries outside the European Union.

3. Contact by Email
If you contact me by email, I process your email address and the information contained in your message for the purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the proper handling and response to enquiries. If your enquiry concerns the negotiation or performance of a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The data will be deleted when it is no longer required for dealing with your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests require continued storage.
Where messages must be retained as commercial or business correspondence or as accounting records, the applicable statutory retention periods apply. In particular, these periods are generally six years for commercial or business correspondence and eight years for accounting records. Longer retention periods may apply to certain other documents.
The legal basis for retention required by law is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the applicable provisions of German commercial and tax law.
4. Cookies and Other Analytics or Tracking Services
This website does not itself use cookies. According to IONOS, IONOS WebAnalytics does not use cookies either.
No other analytics, tracking or marketing services are currently used. In particular, no externally hosted videos, social media plugins, tracking pixels or comparable third-party content are loaded automatically.
If additional services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Where consent is required, the relevant service will not be loaded until consent has been given.
5. Potential Future Links to External Platforms
This website may in the future contain links to external profiles or channels on YouTube, Facebook or other platforms.
Where a simple link is used, merely visiting this website does not establish a connection to the external platform. A connection is established only if you click the relevant link and are redirected to that platform.
The platform operator may then process personal data about you. This may include your IP address, browser information, information about the previously visited page and, if you are logged in to the platform, information connected with your user account.
The respective platform operator is generally responsible for the subsequent processing of data on its platform. The privacy policy and terms of the relevant platform apply.
This information applies only to simple links. If videos, posts, plugins, feeds or other content from external platforms are embedded directly into this website in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such content is introduced. Where required, such content will be loaded only after you have given your explicit consent.
6. Newsletter
No newsletter is currently offered or distributed. Personal data is not collected or processed for newsletter purposes.
7. SSL/TLS Encryption
This website is accessible using SSL/TLS encryption.
Encryption protects data transmitted between your browser and the web server against unauthorised access and alteration. An encrypted connection can generally be identified by the website address beginning with “https://”.
8. Your Rights
If personal data relating to you is processed, you have the following rights, subject to the applicable statutory requirements:
- the right of access under Article 15 GDPR;
- the right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR;
- the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR;
- the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR; and
- the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR.
Right to Object
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right under Article 21 GDPR to object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
The personal data concerned will then no longer be processed unless compelling legitimate grounds for the processing exist that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless continued processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Withdrawal of Consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Article 7(3) GDPR.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
Under Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
The supervisory authority responsible for the controller is:
The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg

Germany
Email: poststelle@lfdi.bwl.de
Website: https://www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de/
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU or EEA member state of your habitual residence or place of work, or in the place where the alleged infringement occurred.
Visitors located outside the European Union or European Economic Area may also contact the supervisory authority named above.
9. Automated Decision-Making
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will be updated if the website, the technical services used or the scope of data processing changes.
